Yesterday, Fire Up Video used one of our FireFly 9×12 LED Jumbotrons for a running event to kick off our 1^st race of the season. Throughout the spring, summer, and fall, we use our screens at multiple events throughout the Midwest to energize runners and walkers.

Besides our live cameras showing the event on the big screen, we have a couple other ways the event uses the screen to help make a better experience for all involved.

Typically a sponsor loop DVD or PowerPoint is provided. This helps the sponsors connect with the runners and guests. After all, they pay you good money to be part of your event. The Jumbotron can give them one more way to make impressions with your audience.

Also, we have static banner space available around the screen. With all eyes looking at the screen, what better place to put a message like your web site, the date of your next event, or a sponsors logo?

And at most marathons, they start the event with the National Anthem. We have an American flag video we can play to help with the National Anthem kick off to your event.

And the most important attribute of Fire Up Video LED screens may not be the screen at all. It may be our ability to set up and tear down fast. In many cases you close down roads but only have a short time available. A large timely set up would not allow you to have a screen at your event. We solve this by setting up in less than 30 min and tear down in about half that time. This also allows us to move to multiple locations.  At many events over a weekend we may have 3-5 locations that the screen moves to. Try doing this with a standard screen.
