Send Us Your Files : Fire Up Video Dropbox

We use a file sharing service called Hightail to send and receive files for jobs. With our Fire Up dropbox account, our clients and partners can send files to us without the need to create a Hightail account. We find this a very simple way to send and receive files.

Best File Formats

When we are creating content (such as a sponsor loop) for you and you are sending us a file, we are looking for the following:

Still pic/logo file formats for LED screens:
• JPEGs (preferred format)
• PNGs (to send with a clear background)

Videos file format for LED screens:

• .MP4 file format
• Standard def or HD files
• 16×9 ratio (1920 x 1080)
• Keep text away from left and right edges if possible
• Dark backgrounds with light text works best
• Keep text large for best viewing results
