Pull Up. Set Up. Fire Up the FireFly SS Screen

mobile led big screen video wall tv rental for outdoor events

Our screens set up quickly

After setting up at our mobile screens at so many events in all locations and conditions, we have it down to a science. From the time we arrive to the time we have the screen itself up and running, the average set up time for our FireFly SS mobile screens is about 30 minutes or less.

If your event has multiple locations to place the screen, we can tear down, move, and set back up in just over a half hour on average. Unlike permanent trussed video walls, you can get much more value from these outdoor screens because you can move them to wherever the action is at the time. This saves you from having to rent additional screens that may go unused for periods of time, and it also saves us the time and labor to set up more complicated video screens so that we can pass the savings on to you.

We pull our screen trailers with a truck that we can remove after placement. We just need room for the truck temporarily to pull the trailer in, but if space is limited, please let us know and we can discuss arriving early or other options to get the screen in place. The FirerFly SS trailer is approximately 21.5 feet long and 8 feet wide, and the screen rises directly out of the top of the trailer. The trailer alone can fit approximately into the size of one parking space.

Our Jumbotron screen also rotates 360 degrees, so even if we are forced in a tight spot, we can always rotate the screen to give the best viewing angle to your audience. We also have a help sheet with more specifics of Screen Load-In.

Please contact Fire Up Video before your event to make sure everything is in place and all will run smoothly. Call us at 612-759-1012 or email at baum3@earthlink.net.
