New Request a Quote Form Submission for LED Screen Rental at Your Event

We have now made it easier to get a quote for a video wall rental for your next event. Recently we added a button to quickly request a quote from us on the sidebar of every page of our website. So no matter where you go you can easily submit a form to request a quote for your event.

Using our request a quote form, you can fill out information about your events and other needs from us. We will receive your information, and can quickly either send you a quote or reach out if we need more information. There is no obligation by requesting a screen rental quote from us. We just think this is an easier way for some people to reach out if you aren’t sure if a mobile LED screen is the right fit for you. We can send you a price estimate to see if we are on the same page and can move forward from there.

Once you submit your form, we will send you a quote estimate from our online accounting and booking software. This quote will come through your email, but you also have the preference to choose whether you would like to be contacted by phone or email for any further questions or discussions. To give a more accurate quote we may need more information from you, but we can typically give you a general idea. Pricing depends on many factors, such as date, number of days, day of the week, what screen you will need, other services we may need to provide, and more. This is why we don’t give a flat rate price. But if you would like to find out an approximate cost, please reach out via our submission form or by contacting us directly.
