“It’s the Screens” that Make an Event

LED Screens Can Make All the Difference at Your Next Event

We wanted to know, “What makes an event?” We asked one of our frequent collaborators, and he told us “It’s the screens.” Of course there are so many important parts of every event, but often times, having a jumbotron video wall can take your event from good to great. Whether it’s a full-scale event or a social-distancing or drive-in event, the large video screen can play a big role in taking your event to the next level. But don’t take our word for it when you can watch our good friend talk about how the screens made such a difference in their events:

The above video was from a part of a summer drive-in series of concerts we recently finished. It was an amazing experience for everyone involved, that happened at a time when people were really trying to figure out how to still hold public events and concerts in a safe way. We have worked with this group many times over the years, and were happy to be a part of one of their more unique ideas that they adapted to the current times. Musicians and event workers were all thankful for the opportunity to work, and the local community loved having an event they could safely attend that could get them out of the house and feel some sense of normalcy.

We don’t know what this summer will look like for events like this, but we think there is a place for something like this going forward, with some potential tweaks depending on where things are at the time.  Whether it’s a concert, drive-in movie, business meeting or corporate event, church service, tailgating, or something else, we believe the screen is even more crucial to the success and the safety of the event than ever before.
