How We Built an LED Video Screen for the NFL at the Guthrie
When the Superbowl was in our hometown of Minneapolis, MN a couple months ago, we were lucky enough to have our modular screens rented for an exciting event partnering with the NFL and NBC. The NFL held their 3rd annual “1st and Future” event at the Guthrie Theater, a “Shark Tank-style” event with big names talking about safety in the NFL. We were proud to be a part of this excting event.
While there was a lot of work to do to create the full stage set, the eye candy for the event was the perimeter LED video wall that we provided from Fire Up Creative. We were able to build a video screen all the way around the perimeter of the stage, including two knockouts. This video screen along with all the other elements from our partner company Creative Concepts created a beautiful an cohesive stage set, and helped to create a successful event. Our team had a great time working with eveyone from all parties, including the NFL, Guthrie, and NBC. Take a look at what Daphne Wood of the NFL had to say:
“Brent, I want to thank you and all of the Creative Concepts and Fire Up Creative team for your creativity and hard work on the NFL First and Futures program. From the initial designs to the completed set and stage design, your collabrative process was smooth and efficient. Thank you again for your important role in both designing this and then bringing it to life!”
