Business Conference Multi-Camera Video Shoot

Many companies hold large conferences and meetings for the purpose of either informing and educating, or having fun and team building, or both. It’s great at that moment for the people that can attend, but it would be even better if everything could be captured and used for future purposes. That is where our video production services come in.

Besides our Jumbotron screen rentals with live video production, we also offer other types of video services, including recording video for your business meetings. We have many years of experience filming for conferences and meetings of companies of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate meeting with some board members, or a national conference with attendees from companies from all over the world, we would be more than happy to find something that works for you.

There are several ways to use these recordings, and we can adjust our shoot depending what you are looking for. First, it can be used as a recap for those people that wanted to attend but were unable to. Second, the company can use it as a promotional tool, and we can also help edit the video to fit your needs. It can also be used as a way to record and keep fun and interesting moments for your company internally. However you choose to use the video is up to you! Just let us know you are thinking so we can plan accordingly, and then edit the video how you like, or just hand over the raw footage.

For a typical business meeting shoot, we would use a basic two camera shot with audio, potentially with a live video switcher if needed. We can also record any interviews, B-roll footage, or other clips as requested. We also do still photography for these events if you would to use the photos in any way, including setting up a fun slideshow for the next morning if the conference is multiple days. This is what an average video shoot looks like for similar events, but we are glad to adjust to fit for each individual event.
