But it’s another to be prepared to take that extra step to improve the show in any way we can. We take all the steps and precautions to ensure a successful show. That means keeping everything up to date and in good condition throughout the year. Many people wonder what we do for work on the days that we don’t have an event. What they might not realize is all the hard work that goes into maintaining our gear and staying up to date with the technology. Sure, we could spend less time working on these things, but that creates a higher risk of something failing on the day of your show, or just an overall lower quality experience running the video screen at your show.
Focusing on the details also includes coming to each event prepared with all the proper gear. We have learned through our years of experience the correct equipment to bring at shows. Many of the items are very infrequently used, and maybe still have never been used. But we would rather have this equipment with us and not need it, than to need it and not have it. However, there is only so much equipment we can bring to each event due to different limitations, so this is why we try to find out as much as possible about your event so we can be prepared. We also carry with us many types of backup equipment and backup plans for the rare occasion that something doesn’t go as expected. You only have one shot to get your event right, so we do as much as we can to be ready for everything.
