When you are planning a large event, there are a thousand different things to think about leading up to and the day of the event. It can be a lot to be constantly thinking of every detail, even with the help of a team. We have been around enough events to know how it goes, which is why we try to add as little to your plate as possible. We don’t want you to have to worry about all the details of the jumbotron screen at your event when there are so many things going on. At the same time, we do need some information and assistance from your team, so we aim to strike a balance between taking up too much of your time, and providing the best possible service for your event needs.

Of course we need some info from you or your staff in order to be able to set up and provide the best service. But we try to stay out of the way when it is not necessary. We have done plenty of these events over the years, and have a pretty good idea of the typical process. Obviously every event is different and we need the specific details for that event, but can be fairly independent. And this is all for when we are doing a first time event, or when the event is getting a makeover.

But if we are returning to an event we have done before without major changes, we can usually be pretty independent. We will check in to make sure things are mostly the same, and if there are any differences, but if things are basically the same we can do most setup on our own. We may need some assistance from you or your staff or other vendors at the event. We also take very detailed notes for our records that we can then use for reference next year. All the minor details we take notes of help us remember the small parts of the event we would forget in the year between.

As an event organizer, we know you have a lot going on. So if we can help take a little bit off your plate we are happy to do what we can to make the event easier on you. Of course we will also be sure to get the info and help we need to provide the best possible service. So just leave it to us and we’ll take care of everything jumbotron related!
