Mobile Video Screen Rentals for Outdoor Events this Summer

If you have an event coming up this summer and haven’t rented an LED outdoor screen, it’s not too late! Whether you haven’t thought about it yet, thought it was too late, or didn’t think you could afford it, we would love to talk to you about how you can still rent a big screen TV for your event.

Typically events are planned out many months ahead, but we know that for many different reasons, things don’t always go as planned. We can still work with you to help your event with an LED video board. We will work with you to get all the details figured out, and make things as simple for you as possible. We know you don’t want another thing to plan and deal with at your event, so we will take care of as much as we can to give you the best show possible.

Currently, we still have some availability for almost every weekend this summer. However, certain screen sizes might be all booked for those weekends, so it is always best to call further in advance when possible. Now that we have partnered with our sister company, Fire Up Creative, we have many more options for screen sizes and options, as well as more screens in general. Between Fire Up Video and Fire Up Creative, we have a much larger inventory allowing us to fill more screen requests. Even so, there are still limitations on dates, equipment, and labor. So the sooner you reach out to us, the sooner we can reserve the Jumbotron that fits your event needs.

Our video walls have been rented for events of all types all around the Midwest. This can include concerts, trade shows, festivals, sporting events, college and university events, expos, tailgating, marathons, races, corporate events, family gatherings, graduations, and just about anything else. On these screens we can display basically any content that can be shown on any other screen, including live camera feed, pre-recorded video, slideshows, social media feed, sponsor logos and ads, announcements, and much more. When we discuss the Jumbotron rental, we can talk about all the options to give you a great show that will entertain your guests, give your sponsors valuable ad time, and allow you to connect to your audience.
