Socially Distance with LED Screens at Your Event

In order for in-person events to come back in some form, the safety of guests and workers is essential. We expect there to be new protocols and safety precautions at live events for some time to come. Of course social distancing and limiting the number of people at events are two of the most effective and likely measures that will be taken as events begin to come back. But one of the problems with that is that there needs to be more space for attendees and they can’t gather so closely in one place.

There may not be a way around this in the near future, but there is one way one to improve the guests’ experience while they are social distancing at your event. A jumbotron screen can help with a more spread out crowd by allowing guests to see the action live on the screen. When the audience has to be distanced, it can be difficult for enough of them to see the stage or other action throughout the event. But with a giant LED screen towering above the crowd, they can still see what is happening, even if they are further away.

We have a full video crew and professional video equipment capable of producing a live show that will display directly to the video wall in real-time. This way you don’t need guests all crowded in the front row in order to get a view, they will be able to see and still maintain a safe distance from each other.
