Add a LED Video Screen at Your Casino Concert

A trend you may have noticed in the casino industry is to host large events in order to draw in crowds to your casino.  The idea is to have these crowds come for the show, but stay and play in your casino.

So how can you enhance your guest experience? One suggestion is adding a Jumbotron or two. Think about it from your guests’ point of view. Imagine two different scenarios:

1.     Your guests come and the majority of them are not sitting in the front few rows. So you have provided large video walls on either side of the stage. Now everyone can look into the eyes of the rock stars you hired to entertain your guests. You can also use the screens to promote your casino, showing upcoming events and highlighting other specials you have going on.

2.     Your guest come and the majority of them are not sitting in the front few rows. You do not have any video screens. Your guests listen but visually they cannot really see much on stage. Their experience at your event did not “wow” the crowd. Do they come back to your venue?  Maybe, maybe not. And even if they did, they didn’t find out about any more upcoming events or specials at your casino.

It is called experience marketing. Meaning the experience your guest have while at your event will dictate if they come back in the future. You have spent millions to ensure your casino rocks. Do not cut corners when it comes to your outdoor events at your venue.  Make sure it is the best it can be. Add an outdoor LED video wall.
