Covering LED Rental Costs with Sponsor Ads

We see it all the time. Initially people can be scared to rent a mobile screen because they don’t think they can afford it. If this is a concern, there is a way to cover the costs of a Jumbotron, and even potentially MAKE money with the screen. This can be done by selling either banner space around the video wall or ad time on the big screen.

The space on and around the LED video board is very valuable and guests will have their eyes glued to it throughout your event. That is why your sponsors often will pay good money to have banners or advertisements running on the video screen.
