Don’t miss out on renting a Jumbtron LED for your event

Many of the largest outdoor events in the Midwest happen in the summer and fall, and even more so the farther north you go. And with the cold temperatures, it may feel like these events are too far to worry about planning the details. But in reality, now is a great time to be thinking about planning your event. That is especially true if you are thinking about renting a mobile LED Jumbotron screen.

There is no doubt many event organizers put off planning details for a variety of reasons, but it can be a good idea to start the process early. At Fire Up Video, our fleet of mobile Jumbotrons can get booked up for certain weekends, especially in the summer months. If you are considering renting a mobile screen for your event, it would be wise to contact us earlier rather than later.

We currently have three mobile Jumbotron units, with a fourth coming this summer, so many weekends have at least one screen available as of now, but dates can fill up fast. The only way to guarantee an LED video board for your event is to first contact us, and eventually sign a contract. If not, there is a good chance our screens will be booked up. Although the cold and snow may make it seem like a long time from now, our LED video walls can rent out quickly. And you don’t want to have plans involving a big screen TV, but then go to rent one and they are all busy that day.

If you are considering a Jumbotron screen rental, contact us soon just to get the conversation started. You can call us at 844-533-8848 or email us at baum3@earthlink.net. Fire Up Video provides LED big screens for outdoor events across the Midwest, including states such as North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and more.
