Start Booking Your Jumbotron for 2022

With the start of a new year, that may mean it’s time to start planning some of your upcoming events. In the middle of winter it can seem early to plan for some later summer or fall events, but really it is a perfect time to start figuring out details. If you don’t already have a contract with us for the upcoming year, it would be a good idea to reach out soon, as dates do fill up, even years in advance on certain dates.

We know many companies begin their planning after the start of the new year. And we are happy to begin those discussions whenever you are ready. But the sooner we start figuring out details, the better. We don’t need to book it right away, but it is not a bad idea to get the ball rolling. If we start discussions early, we can work out all the details, such as budget, content, schedule, staffing, and more. It just makes it easier for both sides. But most importantly, the earlier we figure it out, the sooner we can get the gear and date secured for your event.

Although we have four mobile screen, as well as modular LED tiles for additional and indoor video walls, certain dates do still fill up. We would love to walk you through any part of it and answer any questions as early as you would like, but we can’t lock in your dates until we have a signed contract. That is part of the reason we like to get things started early. We would love to be able to help everyone and rent a jumbotron to all events, but sometimes we are unable to hold a date without a signed deal if there are others are filling up that same date. It only helps you to get this process started early. And the more time in advance, the more time we have to perfect all the details of your event. Of course, we will consider all events, if we’re available, as long as we have the time to bring a screen, but it’s always best to have time to prepare.
