LED Mobile Video Screens in Difficult Spots

Throughout all the years of bringing our mobile screens to outdoor events all over the Midwest, we have had to place them in some difficult locations. Whether it is a tight spot we need to back in around obstacles, on hilly grounds, or another area that makes it difficult to place and set up our screens, we have always made it work.

This however does not mean we recommend this. We will do our best to put the screens in an ideal location for you and your audience, but there are times it is not always possible. This could be because it would be a safety issue, the trailer can’t be backed into that spot, or that we wouldn’t be able to get it out after. We always do everything we can to get the LED screen in best location possible, but if we can’t, we will work to get it in the next best option.

Because the screens can’t always go exactly where we would like, it is important to talk to us beforehand so we can plan ahead and know what to expect. That way we know if we need to bring extra tools or materials to create ramps or plywood to drive across for example. If it is a tight spot that we can’t back into using our truck, sometimes we can use other machines if they are site to place the screen, such as a Bobcat. Even with all our planning and preparation, it is no guarantee. This is why it is good to have a back up plan or a second location in mind.

The best way to avoid this situation is to have flat, hard ground with plenty of space to back in a truck and trailer. However, with all the events we have brought our LED video boards to, we know this is not always possible. Not everyone will put in the extra work to place their mobile Jumbotron in a difficult spot, but at Fire Up Video, we want the best screen location for your event, as long as it is possible and safe for you, us, and your guests.

Fire Up Video provides LED video screen rentals for outdoor events all over the Midwest, including Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, and more.
