Jumbotron Screen Rental for Minnesota State Fair Booths

The Great Minnesota Get-Together is the second-largest stat fair in the country (although the Texas State Fair runs about twice as long), and brings in around two million visitors every year. As one of the biggest events of the year, many people look forward to this all year and travel from all over the world to attend. There is so much to do (and eat) at the fair, and many companies have a presence or a booth at the fair. With so many guests and so much to do, it can be difficult to attract guests to your booth or get your message out to the audience.

One way to capture the attention of fair-goers is by renting a jumbotron LED video wall. Our mobile screens tower over the crowds and will catch the eye of anyone passing by and draw them into your booth. Or at the very least you can get your name or your message out to them, even if they don’t stop into your booth or seek you out. There is so much competition for visitors, because there is only so much time to fit everything in. You can go just about every day and still not be able to do it all. So if you find an easy way to get in front of a large audience, why not try it.

We have four mobile LED screens that raise up at around 20 feet in the air or higher, at either 8.5×15 or 12×19 feet. And we also have modular LED screens that can be custom-built to any size or shape to fit your booth. We can build these modular screens to raise up in the air, be ground supported somewhere in your booth, or build them around existing structures or tents on your booth so they can be seen from far distance to draw people in or get out your message even if they choose not to come to your space.

The video boards can display basically any content you would like to show to your audience. This could include live video feeds with cameras showing any action around your booth, canned video or images, slideshows, ads, product information, company promos and logos, abstract graphics, live TV, event announcements, fair specials and deals, social media streams, and more. We will work with you in advance to find the content that will have the most impact at your booth and accomplish the goals you have with a jumbotron screen.

We have had two of our mobile screens both at the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Wild booths at the Minnesota State Fair the past couple years. We think it helps create a pretty cool experience for the fans, as they each create miniature version of the Xcel Energy Center and Target Field as they host games of wiffle ball and street hockey underneath the jumbotrons. We are able to play a variety of content for them, and it draws in guests and helps spread their message to the audience. We have also had screens at many other trade shows and expos with similar affects.
