Safety is Our Top Priority at Outdoor Events

Above everything else, safety should be the #1 concern at any event. That’s why it is always our first priority for the Jumbotron as well. We always keep a close eye on the weather and work with event organizers to determine if severe weather is coming so we can prepare.

Our screens play in rain or snow, so the only weather we need to watch for is wind or lightning. And if it gets to the point where it is too severe, you probably have other problems. Your event would likely need to be put on pause for a weather delay at this point, so watching the screen will not be a priority. Our video walls come halfway down within 30 seconds, which is enough to alleviate any danger to guests of the screen tipping over, and fully enclosed back in the trailer within minutes.

When the weather gets severe it can cause damage to stages and other objects at your event. With the mobile screens, everything packs away quickly and neatly into our trailers, so they do not cause damage or any safety concerns for guests. Just take a look at an event we were at that had severe weather, where the stage was damaged, but our screen was completely fine because it packs away within minutes.
