Jumbotron LEDs Can Even Save You Money at Your Event
Many event planners will shy away from renting a Jumbotron screen for their event because they think it will be over the budget. However, renting a mobile LED screen is actually much cheaper than many people think, and in many cases it can save you money, or in some cases even bring in extra money.
One of the ways it can save money is that it cuts down on the amount of print material you may need at your event. Instead of printing large banners and plastering them all over the ground at your event, you can use the big screen TV to display the same information or promotion that you were going to print on the banners. Not to mention, it will look way better on our LED screens than scattered across fences or stages around your event. And it’s much easier for us to get our screens set up and running than it is for you and your staff to spend all that time getting the banners made and hanging them up everywhere.
As well as saving time and money with banners, it can also save money on flyers, brochures, signs, and any other smaller printed items that may be at the event. It can also cut down on the amount of staff needed to inform attendees of event information or working at info booths. This may not all seems like very much, but it all adds up quickly. And more importantly, the Jumbotron video wall looks much nicer than a bunch of banners. It also gives the impression of a much larger event, and guests always love the screen. Eyes are always glued to the Jumbotron, and having the screen can be a better way to get guests to pay attention to your messages or sponsors.
In addition to saving you money, renting a mobile LED screen can earn you money. This can be done by charging sponsors to get their ads to play on the Jumbotron screen that you rented for your event. This is very valuable space, as everyone at the event sees the screen, and are much more likely to notice than a traditional poster or banner. Companies are willing to pay the price to get on the big screen. If you do charge sponsors for the time on the screen, there is no limit to the amount you could raise, and this could easily more than cover the cost of the screen. However, you may not want to charge companies for the screen time, but just include it with their sponsorship price. This way you aren’t directly making more money with the screen, but your sponsors will be more happy with this and be more likely to return in future years, or event to attract new sponsors.
