Fast and Easy Mobile LED Screen Setup

One of the biggest advantages of our mobile big screens that raise out the top of our trailers over trussed Jumbotron screens is the fast and simple setup. Because we can pull the Jumbotron in a trailer with a basic pickup truck, we can easily move it to just about any location at your event. Once the TV screen is in place, it takes very little time and effort to get the screen up and running again. This allows more options for when and where we can place the screen, making it easier for other vendors to get to the stage and such set up.

If you have multiple screen locations for your event, we can easily move our mobile screen from one to the next. In approximately thirty minutes or so, we can tear down the screen from one spot and relocate it and have it up and running. It is also helpful when there is severe weather or high wind. With trussed LED tiles, they would either need to be taken down early when bad weather is coming, or be left up, which would be a danger to everyone at the event. With our LED boards able to raise and lower within minutes, or even seconds, we can easily take away most of that risk, while still being able to play and operate the screens leading up to the severe weather.

Because it does not take a lot of time or labor to set up our LED video wall, this also allows us to keep our costs down. We don’t need to hire as many team members to work for hours setting up the screen tile by tile, so we are able to pass the savings on to you. The ease and quickness which we are able to set up and tear down our screens can be an important factor when choosing a Jumbotron screen to rent at your event.
