Many companies are looking for a good way to get team members together during COVID. Whether it’s for an annual meeting, special event, fundraiser or charity, or just to reunite employees for a fun night while the office isn’t fully staffed, Fire Up Video has the solution. Since COVID hit, these kinds of events have become very popular. We set up our mobile LED screens in a large parking lot or field, and the vehicles can pull up and see all the action of the event, while staying safe and socially distanced. Whatever content you want to play, we can put up on the big screen(s) so it can be seen by everyone. We have FM transmitters that allow each vehicle to play the audio from the event directly through their car stereo, or we can set up a full sound system for the event.

There are plenty of ways to run the drive in event for your employees. It could be an informational event, such as a meeting or product launch. We could use the screens to play slideshows that go along with the speaker, or a live camera following the speakers. Or maybe you want to hold the event just to get together and do something fun with your employees. You could have some entertainment on the stage that we show with live cameras, or have a drive in movie night with families. Or maybe you want to do a hybrid and do both at once while you are already getting people together and planning the event. You could hold your meeting first, then follow it up with a movie screening or other live entertainment.
