How to Rent A Mobile LED Screen for Your Event
When it comes to renting a Jumbotron, we have a process to make sure our dates and equipment are available. Our process goes like this:
Tell us about your event:
We will gather information as best known at the time of the conversation, either by phone or email, so we can together decide what screen you need on what date for what time period and any other details you know that can help us most accurately provide you an estimate.
We will provide you a written estimate:
We will email you an online estimate. We use an online accounting system called Freshbooks. We really love it, and we believe it helps us do a better job for you. Because this is a cloud-based system we can work with the software anywhere we happen to be from any computer, tablet or phone.
Lock in your equipment and date:
If you decide a large outdoor TV is right for you and your event, just hit accept on the above estimate. This does not lock in your Jumbotron, but it does trigger us to send you a contract. Sign the contract and send in any retainer fee due. Once we have those two items in our hands, your event is locked in ready to be FIRED UP!
