Fifth Truck Added to Our Mobile Screen Fleet
We recently added two new used, low-milage Chevy Duramax Deisel trucks to our fleet, and retired one that was getting up there in miles. That now brings our fleet of trucks to five (four in use and one in the bullpen in case of any mechanical issues). We are big believers in being prepared and always having back up equipment, and that includes a back up for our trucks as well.
Like pretty much all the rest of our equipment, we try to have a backup for our trucks as well. We constantly keep up on maintenance and repairs on our gear, and our trucks are no different. We try to keep everything in good condition as much as possible, but of course, anything can happen. That’s why we try to have backup plans and gear ready just in case the unexpected happens.
And our trucks are the same way. We keep up on maintenance and do what we can to keep them in good working conditions. We have them inspected annually, and have regular maintenance done as well. But vehicles can still break down, get into accidents, or have other issues as well. That is why we have added a fifth truck to our fleet. Even if all four mobile screens are out at events, we can still a spare truck available in case something happens and need to swap it out. With our newest truck, we are ready!
