Events are Safer with LED Screens to Spread Out Crowds

No one knows yet how long things will be shut down, or what will happen when we start to open businesses back up. It may be a gradual return to normalcy or people may be so desperate to get back to the way things used to be that they will jump at any opportunity for an event. And maybe things won’t go back to “normal,” many things may be different once we get past the worst of this COVID-19 pandemic. But at Fire Up Video, we do have a solution that can help any event once they are allowed again with social distancing.

At most events, there are large gatherings of people that often congregate in certain areas based on where the action is. If you have a jumbotron screen that towers over the crowd, you can display the action live to the screen so that your guests all don’t need to be so close, they can still see everything from further distances so they don’t need to be so close. Since they don’t need to be right up by a stage or booth, the entire crowd can be more spread out and still feel like they are right in the middle of the action.

We have full live video production capabilities with a professional team and video equipment. We can have multiple cameras and angles of the action from different locations to send all the video signals to a director that can switch and send out one signal to the screen(s). Your guests will get a full view of all the top action from the live event from various locations throughout the grounds. We have a fleet of four mobile screens, as well as more custom modular LED screens we can build, and even large TV monitors that can be spread out wherever you want guests to see what’s happening. This will really help people feel more comfortable and not so crowded in one spot at your event.

Being in the event industry, we are looking forward to the return of large-scale events as much as anybody. But we also know there is still a need to be safe about it, and there will be people still worried to go out in large groups. That’s why we will do everything we can to take extra precautions to keep ourselves and others safe.
